Process Integration Engineer

What You'll Do

• and Tasks: • Establish and improve process condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify process management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement.
• Competencies, Qualification and Skills: Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in electrical, electronic, material, or physics fields.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, probe, backend, and reliability implications is preferred.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to conduct high-volume data analysis on product performance and manufacturing line issues.
• Process Optimization: Experience in developing and optimizing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Skills in process simulation and CAD tools are beneficial.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments to enhance fab processes, yield, and quality.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, process engineers, and reliability engineers.
