Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. 5+ years leading university recruiting, campus programs, workforce planning, or strategic talent initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling graduate hiring and internship programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience using recruiting analytics and market intelligence to drive decision making.
• Proven project and program management experience across multiple stakeholders and business groups.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed global environment.
• Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, engineering, or high-growth industry recruiting experience.
• Experience driving workforce ready, talent pipeline, or industry-academia partnership initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience hiring internationally and managing diverse talent pipelines.
• Demonstrated success building scalable recruiting mechanisms with measurable business impact.
