Principal TCAD Device Engineer

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 2 years of semiconductor industry experience, or MS with 4 years, or BS with 6 years Strong background in MOSFET device physics and semiconductor process integration Hands-on experience with TCAD process and device simulation tools Knowledge of CMOS or memory process flows and sub‑10nm device physics Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DRAM, emerging memory, or 3D NAND technologies Familiarity with advanced CMOS architectures such as FinFET, nanosheet, or HKMG Experience with thermal or stress modeling using FEM tools Knowledge of electrical device characterization and test structure design Experience using AI tools and Python scripting to automate simulations As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
