Principal / Senior / Engineer, TCAD DRAM

• / Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in semiconductor device simulation or technology development.
• Strong background in semiconductor device physics and numerical simulation methods.
• Hands-on experience with TCAD tools (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus, Silvaco Atlas, or equivalent).
• Ability to perform detailed parametric analysis and extract physical insight from simulation results.
• Experience correlating TCAD results with experimental data is highly valued.
• Motivation and capability to learn new device architectures and technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Expectations (any one of): Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, Tcl, C++, etc.) for simulation automation and data analysis.
• Knowledge of advanced physical modeling, such as trap-related effects, variability, reliability, or quantum effects.
• Understanding of process integration and fabrication flows and their impact on device behavior.
• Experience with 3D device simulations and large-scale simulation data handling.
