• / Requirements Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related field. 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry Strong background in semiconductor device characterization based on CMOS architecture and circuit operation.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics Basic Knowledge of electrical characteristic on DRAM Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Expectations (any one of): Knowledge of programming languages (such as C++, python), software tools is a plus Understanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory products.
• Knowledge of or experience for high-frequency (RF) device characterization and RTN noise analysis, semiconductor analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and high-frequency measurement tools Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent experience About Micron Technology, Inc.
