Principal Program Manager - FE Materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience leading large-scale programs, strategic initiatives, business transformations, or operational excellence efforts.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex global, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and organizations.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management practices.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate with, and drive alignment among senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading digital transformation, AI, automation, advanced analytics, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience working within semiconductor manufacturing, technology, supply chain, procurement, or operations environments.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, materials management, manufacturing operations, or related business functions.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP), Program Management (PgMP), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing enterprise-level strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated success driving organizational change and building adoption of new capabilities at scale.
