Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the field 10+ years of semiconductor equipment and/or process development experience Deep expertise in photolithography Track systems Proven track record leading complex technical programs and solving advanced equipment/process challenges Tight-knit collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across global teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Trim processes in photolithography Experience supporting or developing EUV technology Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering-related field Experience improving equipment performance in high-volume manufacturing environments Demonstrated ability to work closely with vendors and drive joint innovation As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
