Principal Design Validation Product Engineer, DEG

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience Experience in the semiconductor industry with exposure to DRAM or memory products Knowledge of circuit‑level simulation and semiconductor device behavior Hands‑on experience with lab tools, testers, and data analysis Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DRAM architecture, operation, testing, and process technology Proficiency with Cadence schematics and layout tools Experience with Verilog or analog simulation environments Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Unix, or similar languages Ability to document architecture and present technical findings clearly As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
