Principal Analog Design Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of semiconductor design experience Solid analog circuit design fundamentals with experience designing regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, current references, bandgaps, or comparators Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation Ability to supervise physical layout of analog circuits Experience working across technical and non-technical teams Preferred Qualifications: MSEE with 10+ years or BSEE with 12+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated DRAM circuit design experience and 5+ years of circuit debugging with cross-functional teams Recent hands-on AI usage and proficiency Strong understanding of device physics and CMOS process technologies Proven ability to mentor and coach junior engineers As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
