PMO Business Planning Engineer – SPMO (Strategic Program Management Office)

What You'll Do

• and Tasks Ensure strategic roadmaps, tracked to achieve business plan and latest BIC targets Provide program and project performance updates periodically Manage and ensure program and project performance to the planned schedule, cost, and scope Plan and schedule program/project timelines and record milestones using appropriate tools Communicate with all key stakeholders to request feedback and maintain positive working relationships Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies and procedures Work with the project teams to identify project risks and evaluate solutions Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering disciplines Experience 2 years working experience in any of the following environments: Frontend Fab Engineering Program and Project Management Language Japanese: Business communication skills (JLPT N2+).
• English: Basic communication skills; motivation to learn is welcomed.
• Qualifications Experience and understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and systems Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills and capability to summarize complex information into simple explanations Excellent written and oral communications skills (Including English skill) Possess good teamwork skills and strong multi-tasking capability Demonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skills Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-function group issues to resolution About Micron Technology, Inc.
