Photomask R&D Process Integration Engineer

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience Strong understanding of semiconductor process integration and development Hands-on experience with data analysis, DOE, and statistical methods Knowledge of memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND through direct contributions Proven experience leading projects and working across technical teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in photomask process development or integration Expertise in Model-Based Problem Solving methodologies Track record of solving sophisticated manufacturing or yield challenges Experience collaborating with wafer fab or extern partners As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
