• Lead in resolving Failure Analysis (FA) cases , delivering deep insights into failure mechanisms to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and skill development through active engagement in TTS, CIT, and cross-functional initiatives, fostering a forward-thinking and growth-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate closely with customers , accurately identifying their needs and delivering impactful yield improvement solutions with accountability and technical excellence.
• Take full ownership of lab tools , ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and readiness to support advanced analytical tasks.
• Contribute to cross-functional task forces , producing clear, actionable reports that demonstrate leadership, technical depth, and customer focus.
• Develop and promote Best Known Methods (BKMs) to enhance team capabilities, standardize high-impact practices, and elevate operational efficiency.
