• Performs technical tests and experiments for process of HBM NPI engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers.
• Performs set-up of semiconductor processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Responsible for processes test runs , disposition and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
• Supports engineering activityies such as HBM NPI products derivatives develpoment to mass prductions.
• Ensures tasks status is being updated and all relevant lot information is commented and passed down to next shift The willingness and ability to work any shift (12-hour shifts), which includes weekends, nights, and holidays Requirement: Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field Fresh graduates are welcome Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or engineering concepts is preferred Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic English oral and written communication skills Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving mindset Able to support process monitoring, data analysis, and engineering activities About Micron Technology, Inc.
