PDE CEM Engineer - Ball mount , Singulation , AVI (MXA)

About This Role

• As a PDE CEM Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue free release to both internal and external customers.
• Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.
• Responsible for ball mount, singulation, AVI process recipe set up Responsible for new product phase review summary and quality case root cause CA/PA and CIP Initial risk assessment, SPC/FDC set up, FMEA and Control Plan update Identify design marginalities and design DOE to mitigate risk items Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities Support site to site portability Support internal and external audits Qualification Technical Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related semiconductor discipline).
• Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly and packaging processes, especially in NPI and manufacturing environments.
• Problem Solving & Execution Demonstrated ability to perform structured root cause analysis and drive data‑based technical decisions.
• Strong sense of end‑to‑end ownership Communication & Collaboration Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to present clear, concise, and management‑ready technical summaries.
