PCVD ATE Process Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field Senior Engineer level or higher with prior people leadership experience Minimum of 5 years of direct films experience in semiconductor manufacturing Proven experience leading teams and getting results across complex projects Strong technical communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience building and scaling new teams or manufacturing areas Background supporting high-volume manufacturing ramp or fab start-up with demonstrated yield improvement impact Experience applying AI/GenAI, advanced analytics, or automation tools to semiconductor process optimization Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across global organizations Experience presenting technical topics to senior leaders or large audiences As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
