Packaging Area Shift Engineer, Advanced Packaging Technology Development

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, or engineering operations.
• Basic process troubleshooting, structured problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to extract, organize, analyze, document, and communicate data using standard formats.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and shift-handoff skills across multiple teams and functions.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, workplace, and escalation requirements with discipline and sound judgment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage assigned work and personal well-being in a shift-based environment.
• Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in DLT process engineering, advanced packaging, semiconductor manufacturing, technology development, or shift-based engineering operations.
• Familiarity with SPC, abnormal lot handling, process or tool qualification, redundancy tool deployment, or HBM-related development execution.
• Experience working in a cross-functional development or manufacturing environment.
• Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant semiconductor manufacturing or operations experience.
• Work Schedule Expectations This position requires participation in a rotating day- and night-shift schedule.
• Assigned schedules may include weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• The successful candidate is expected to maintain reliable attendance, provide effective shift handoffs, and comply with applicable company work-hour, rest-period, and scheduling requirements.
• Shift Requirement Willing to work on Day/Night rotating shifts or permanent Night shift. 4-3 shift schedule (12-hour shifts).
• The rotation between Day and Night shifts will be approximately every 3–4 months, depending on operational requirements.
• Working hours: 07:30–19:30 (Day shift) / 19:30–07:30 (Night shift).
