What You'll Do
- Production Line Oversight & Continuous Improvement Monitor production line performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
- Inventory Management & Optimization Use advanced analytics, scheduling optimization, and reporting tools to strengthen site inventory health and support supply chain stability.
- Application Development & Automation Develop and maintain Python and SQL-based programs to support scheduling optimization applications and streamline manufacturing processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering teams to improve overall inventory performance through business process improvements, scheduling logic development, and data-driven reporting.
- Visualization & Reporting Build and implement dashboards and analytical reports to monitor inventory health and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Preferred Experience: Background in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume production environments.
- Familiarity with business process improvement and project management methodologies.
- Experience in developing automation tools and optimization algorithms.
