OCT CPEE SENIOR ENGINEER

What You'll Do

• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve CVD equipment performance, productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Lead engineering efforts to improve key manufacturing metrics including availability, throughput, utilization, OEE, cycle time, and cost of ownership. • Support technology transfer, process qualification, and high-volume manufacturing ramps. • Lead root cause investigations and implementation of sustainable corrective actions. • Utilize advanced analytics and digital manufacturing solutions to identify opportunities and improve operational performance. • Mentor engineers and contribute to development of technical capability within the organization.
• AI-Enabled Manufacturing Excellence • Leverage AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and digital manufacturing solutions to identify equipment optimization opportunities and accelerate root cause analysis. • Utilize AI-enabled productivity tools and data platforms to improve engineering efficiency, decision making, and operational performance. • Partner with manufacturing, automation, and data science teams to evaluate and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve equipment reliability, throughput, cost, and manufacturing competitiveness. • Drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working to support continuous improvement, knowledge management, and productivity enhancement across the engineering organization.
