New College Grad - Semiconductor Verification Design Engineer, DRAM Products Group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of CMOS device behavior and memory circuit principles.
• Experience setting up, running, and debugging circuit simulations using industry-standard tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in memory circuit design, including layout optimization and parasitic analysis.
• Understanding of CMOS reliability limits and their impact on circuit performance.
• Exposure to silicon validation, test chip bring‑up, and lab correlation techniques.
• Experience leveraging AI or AI-supported tools to improve engineering workflows, data analysis, or design efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative, global engineering environments with a strong motivation for technical growth.
