Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or higher Foundational understanding of memory architectures, circuit design, and semiconductor device behavior Experience with circuit simulation setup, debugging, and analysis using tools such as SPICE or Verilog Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to multi-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience designing semiconductor circuits or memory-related components Familiarity with layout parasitics extraction and integration into simulation environments Knowledge of design-for-manufacturing (DFM) concepts and semiconductor process technologies Experience using AI-assisted or AI-enabled design tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, or improve design validation outcomes As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
