New College Grad - Business Analyst, Digital Workplace

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering, with 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Professional experience should include internships, co-op programs, or research projects in business analysis, information technology, digital transformation, operations, or refining workflows.
• Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
• Capability to collect and record requirements and business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple priorities, and strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Preferred Qualifications Exposure to business process mapping, workflow analysis, or requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of project management, Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies.
• Understanding of IT service management, Digital Workplace technologies, or employee experience concepts.
• Experience presenting findings, recommendations, or project work to collaborators.
• Interest in automation, analytics, emerging workplace technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), generative AI tools, or associated academic, internship, or project involvement.
• Strong curiosity, customer focus, continuous improvement approach, and a proven eagerness to acquire knowledge of new technologies and business processes..
