NCG - PCVD Equipment Engineer

What You'll Do

• Installation and qualification of industry leading PVD/CVD equipment in our new cleanroom PVD/CVD equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production Use project management methodology to complete projects that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive benchmark equipment performance Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate learning, and enhance technical problem solving in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Develop and share AI-enabled workflows that support equipment troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation, project execution, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by integrating AI into daily work processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and contributing to the team's broader AI adoption and digital transformation objectives.
