What You'll Do
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and operational dashboards to maintain system health, improve availability, and quickly identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with global teams to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support ticket triage, SLA compliance, workload management, and operational readiness across engineering environments.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent monitoring tools to improve efficiency and enhance knowledge management.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve technical documentation, SOPs, and operational processes that enable consistent service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. (No more than 2 years of graduated).
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, infrastructure technologies, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and participate in rotational on-call support.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies and continuously developing technical skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with or exposure to Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Red Hat Satellite, Zabbix, or similar infrastructure tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with virtualization and container technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, incident management practices, and operational support processes.
- Experience building or supporting automation, scripting solutions, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
