• Equipment Monitoring & On ‑ Duty Support Monitor equipment status in real time during on ‑ duty shifts (e.g., alarms, MA events, process interruptions) to ensure stable production operations.
• Perform initial abnormality assessment and handling according to SOPs; escalate issues to relevant engineering teams when necessary.
• Document equipment issues, actions taken, and outcomes, and provide feedback through shift handover or tracking systems.
• Troubleshooting & First ‑ Level Response Execute first ‑ line equipment troubleshooting to support rapid tool recovery.
• Perform basic fault isolation and coordinate with equipment engineers or vendors for further corrective actions.
• Verify that equipment meets release criteria and assist in resuming production.
• Equipment Operation & Basic Maintenance Be familiar with basic equipment operation procedures; execute tool start ‑ up, shutdown, reset, and recovery in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist with basic calibration, configuration verification, and routine inspection activities.
• Support simple maintenance or test activities as instructed to ensure equipment safety and stability.
• Cross ‑ Shift & Cross ‑ Functional Coordination Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure clear communication of equipment status and open issues.
• Coordinate with process, equipment, and quality teams during on ‑ duty shifts to support urgent or critical events.
• Participate in on ‑ duty reviews and issue discussions, providing field observations and operational feedback.
