• Metrology & Inspection Support Operate metrology tools such as CD-SEM, overlay, thin film, and defect inspection systems to monitor process parameters and collect data.
• Assist in setting up measurement programs and adjusting parameters; perform preliminary analysis and report anomalies.
• Support measurement experiments during process development and participate in process window analysis (e.g., DOF, ADI FEM).
• Process Optimization & Technical Improvement Assist process engineers in new product introduction and process verification; monitor process stability and yield performance.
• Organize measurement data and conduct GRR analysis to improve system reproducibility and accuracy.
• Support inline monitoring mechanisms and quality improvement projects 3.
• Equipment Operation Familiar with basic operation RDA and metrology equipment; assist in calibration and troubleshooting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with process, quality, and equipment teams to resolve metrology and process-related issues.
• Assist in driving process improvement projects and participate in team discussions and technical exchanges.
