What You'll Do

• 執行 Inline IQC 檢驗作業，包含來料與製程中關鍵品質項目檢查 Perform inline IQC inspection activities, including incoming materials and in‑process critical quality characteristics inspection. -依 SOP 進行外觀、批號、數量與基本品質檢查 Conduct visual inspection, lot number verification, quantity check, and basic quality inspection according to SOP. -協助執行材料厚度、粗糙度或其他量測相關作業 Assist with material thickness, roughness, and other related measurement activities. -檢驗結果即時回饋並正確登錄系統 Provide immediate feedback on inspection results and accurately record data in the system. -發現異常時，依流程進行材料隔離、回報與處理 When abnormalities are identified, follow procedures to isolate materials, report, and take subsequent actions. -配合生產線運作，確保材料符合規範 Work closely with production lines to ensure materials meet specification requirements. 2. 應徵者條件 2.
• Candidate Qualifications -學歷不需設定過高，因為是 OP 職務，以專科畢業為佳 Educational requirements do not need to be high; as this is an Operator (OP) position, a junior college degree is preferred. -高中／專科（含）以上學歷，理工相關科系尤佳 High school or above (including junior college), with a preference for science or engineering‑related majors. -具 IQC、QC 或生產線檢驗經驗者佳（無經驗可訓練） Prior experience in IQC, QC, or production line inspection is preferred (training will be provided if inexperienced). -可接受現場工作環境與輪班需求（如適用） Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and accept shift arrangements if applicable. -細心、具責任感，能依流程確實執行檢驗 Detail‑oriented, responsible, and capable of executing inspections in accordance with procedures. -具基本電腦操作能力（系統登錄、表單填寫） Basic computer operation skills, including system data entry and form completion. 3. 需輪班 3.
• Shift Requirement -需配合輪班制度（4/2 或 4/3 輪班） Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (4‑shift‑2‑off or 4‑shift‑3‑off system).
