MRDA Application Engineer

• Develop and optimize MRDA inspection applications, recipes, and defect detection methodologies.
• Lead defect analysis, root cause investigation, and yield improvement initiatives through data-driven approaches Drive process optimization and productivity improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Qualify and deploy new inspection technologies, algorithms, equipment, and process baselines for new product introductions.
• Support SPC, FDC, RMS, APC, and defect traceability systems to strengthen process control capabilities.
• Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and correlation studies to identify critical process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, PDE, Quality, and equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure production readiness.
• AI-Enabled, machine learning, computer vision, and advanced analytics to automate defect classification, accelerate problem-solving, and drive smart manufacturing transformation.
