- As a Memory Module Failure Analysis Engineer, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and refine Module products, ensuring flawless performance and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement MODULE FA processes to ensure flawless execution and high-quality results.
- Conduct detailed Test data and failure analysis of failed memory module products to determine root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement plans to validate Module performance and reliability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of analysis results and corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and expertise to manufacturing and FA teams.
- Develop and maintain Standard FA Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) Apply Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in failure analysis, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to strictly adhere to industry standards and quality control measures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience with MODULE technology and memory storage solutions.
- Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambitious and fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with data analysis and statistical tools.
