• Especially, sustain constraint WSGs WPD performance for MXT.
• Work together to different model to dispatching even face different situation for WIP and flow in.
• Make sure execution team could easier to adjust and implement for line driving.
• Lead Strategic project which consider scheduling logic enhancement, SMART MFG development and deployment, AMHS scheduling, and Automation development, other is to support tactical execution including drum buffer rope scheduling parameter optimization, Seek opportunity to improve productivity with production team and HVM team.
• Work with MCT and SMAI to get resource together to develop SMART function and apply BKM for production performance Applying AI in scheduling and work efficiency relation Need to develop the training program on talent and employee.
