What You'll Do
- Partner with various departments to develop strategies supporting MAU AMC control and FAB AMC/Process filter.
- Coordinate AMC method development along with the validation and management of new tool releases.
- Manage CC performance metrics and safety protocols.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships to establish benchmarks and standard methodologies in OMT.
- Lead, engage, and motivate a team of ambitious professionals.
- Set section goals and drive accountability to successfully implement strategies.
- Include AI capabilities and AI-enabled ways of working in the job description.
- This supports Micron's AI transformation strategy and helps ensure the role remains aligned with future workforce and talent requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Industry, Engineering, or relevant fields.
- Proven knowledge and experience in FAB Contamination Control, Chemical analysis, or FAB processes.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Demonstrated growth mindset.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in AMC method development and contamination control tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with CC safety management and performance metrics.
