What You'll Do

• Champion the adoption of AI-Augmented and AI-Supported solutions , including machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics, to enhance manufacturing decision-making, operational efficiency, and execution effectiveness.
• Drive digital manufacturing initiatives including capacity forecasting, WIP optimization, bottleneck prediction, anomaly detection, smart dispatch, and AI-Augmented decision support to improve factory productivity and manufacturing agility.
• Partner with Smart Manufacturing, Automation, and Data Science teams to accelerate factory digital transformation and develop scalable Agentic AI and Agentic Solutions that enable intelligent workflow automation, proactive issue detection, and faster problem resolution.
• People Leadership and Talent Development Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Create an environment that promotes accountability, engagement, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational ownership.
• Develop future manufacturing leaders and strengthen organizational capability through talent development programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Facilities, Quality, and Supply Chain organizations to achieve business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting production ramp, technology transfers, new product introductions, and strategic manufacturing programs.
• Communicate operational performance, risks, recovery plans, and strategic priorities effectively to senior leadership.
