What You'll Do
- Coordinate and lead the production team to ensure the flawless execution of MXT targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and enable virtual clustered operations.
- Identify and successfully implement new methods to optimize equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate WIP (Work in Progress) across OMT(TY/TC) to maintain efficient workflow.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and ambitious work environment, driving team management efforts.
- Facilitate seamless communication and duty handover between shifts to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate effectively with Management, Planning, and Engineering teams to resolve daily production issues.
- Mentor and develop operators' careers through targeted mentorship and on-the-job training.
- Build and maintain a harmonious and safe working environment that promotes teamwork and ownership.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and data analytics to improve production decision-making, identify operational opportunities, and drive manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the production/planner manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong leadership skills and a driven spirit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage stress.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and support data-driven decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated track record of success in a production management role.
- Outstanding team management and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SMAI and co-working with PE/EE/ADT to achieve MXT goals.
- Expertise in discovering and implementing new methods (BKM) to optimize efficiency.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
