What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain the performance of sub FAB PAC systems including pumps, abatement, and chillers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure flawless operation and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and complete maintenance schedules to optimize system efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze system data to identify and address potential issues promptly.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and compete priorities effectively.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working on the upkeep and advancement of sub FAB PAC systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.
