Requirements

• / Requirements Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Able to work 12 hour shifts.
• Must Have Technical Skills Basic analytical and measurement skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Data interpretation capability.
• Familiarity with technical equipment.
• Must Have Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn.
• Preferred Qualifications Exposure to laboratory, inspection, or semiconductor environments.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis or SPC concepts.
• AI Requirements Basic AI-enabled data analysis and digital literacy competencies.
