Manager, US Expansion EHS Programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Business, Communications, Workforce Development, or a related field Experience managing cross-functional programs in a complex, multi-site environment Experience developing and implementing training programs, operational documentation, communications, or business processes Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with experience using data to drive decisions Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organization Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting EHS, occupational health, workers’ compensation, construction safety, or industrial operations programs Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, or expansion environments Proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, Learning Management Systems, and document management platforms Experience developing performance dashboards, reporting processes, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance communications, reporting, data management, dashboard development, and operational efficiency initiatives As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
