  • Lead and manage all construction interactions between EPCC contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, commissioning teams, vendors, and client partners.
  • Establish and maintain a structured Interface Management System (IMS) to track, monitor, and resolve interface issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary construction efforts involving civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, HVAC, process utilities, cleanroom systems, and facility infrastructure.
  • Identify interface risks, scope overlaps, implementation gaps, access constraints, and constructability conflicts between contractors and project packages.
  • Facilitate interface meetings, coordination workshops, technical discussions, and daily execution reviews to ensure alignment across all collaborators.
  • Ensure timely closure of interface actions, RFIs, technical queries, change requests, and construction coordination issues impacting project progress.
  • Monitor construction sequencing, area handovers, workfront availability, and contractor dependencies to support efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Safety, Planning, Cost Controls, and Commissioning teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Manage interface documentation including Interface Registers, Responsibility Matrices, Coordination Logs, Action Trackers, and interface risk assessments.
  • Support schedule integration and construction planning activities by identifying critical interfaces impacting achievements and commissioning readiness.
  • Ensure contractors align with project procedures, communication protocols, engineering deliverables, and interface management requirements.
  • Resolve field-level coordination conflicts related to utilities routing, equipment installation, structural clashes, shutdown planning, temporary facilities, and construction access.
  • Drive collaboration, communication transparency, and proactive problem-solving among all project collaborators to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor contractor performance related to interface responsiveness, coordination effectiveness, and execution compliance.
  • Ensure proper reporting and communication of interface status, project constraints, and risk mitigation strategies to senior management.
