Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Statistics or similar Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with detailed understanding of semiconductor production processes and Fab flow Minimum 3 years proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing teams and driving projects to successful outcomes Advanced knowledge of MES, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and line management systems Ability to work on 3-4 day rotating shifts including rotation from days and nights Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse audiences Demonstrated experience in collecting and interpreting data to make sound decisions Strong partnering and team-building skills, conflict management, negotiation skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Experience in defining and implementing training and development initiatives Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint) Be part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement to achieve flawless results!
