What You'll Do

• Key Responsibilities (Example Roles) Process Engineer Optimize chemical reactions and operating conditions Introduce new process conditions and equipment into mass production Serve as a subject‑matter expert in specific element technologies Product Engineer Develop and improve product manufacturing processes Analyze root causes of defects and out‑of‑spec events Implement process enhancements to stabilize quality and yields Equipment Engineer Deepen understanding of equipment structure and operation Drive equipment upgrades and process improvements Contribute to higher production efficiency and equipment stability Manufacturing Engineering (Industrial Engineering) Engineer Conduct data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities Propose measures to maximize productivity Support production planning and workflow optimization Quality Engineering Engineer Manage raw materials, cleanroom environment, and production processes Oversee inspection systems and final shipment testing Ensure high quality standards throughout the manufacturing cycle Training & Development We welcome candidates without prior semiconductor experience.
