• Location: 1 North Coast Drive, Singapore 757432 Description of project: Evaluate Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) Vigus tool electrostatic chuck (ESC) hardware life extension from 9000 to 10000 RF hour for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Scope: As an intern, this internship programme will provide you the opportunity to To learn on enabling process hardware lifetime extension of the electrostatic chuck to improve productivity and reduce cost under the mentorship of a senior engineer Given the chance to have hands on experience of the Dry Etch TEL Vigus tools through on-the-job trainings Understand the Dry Etch process and its deviation troubleshooting Learn to propose plans and strategies to meet qualification timeline Collaborate with process/equipment engineers and technicians including process characterization, problem solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment.
• Deliverables: Understanding of Dry Etch Process and TEL Vigus tool overview.
