Intern - Process Development Engineer, DRAM Thin Films

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field Knowledge of semiconductor processing, thin films, materials characterization, or related manufacturing technologies gained through coursework, research, or industry experience.
• Background in crafting experiments, performing data analysis, applying statistical methods, or engineering problem-solving.
• Demonstrated interest in Leveraging AI, machine learning, data science, or digital engineering tools to improve workflows and accelerate innovation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in developing semiconductor manufacturing processes, fabrication, or laboratory-based research.
• Experience Using AI-Assisted tools, AI-enabled analytics platforms, or programming tools to support engineering analysis and decision-making.
• Familiarity with statistical software, data visualization tools, Python, MATLAB, JMP, or similar analytical platforms.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating results into actionable engineering recommendations.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
