Intern – NAND Intrinsic Reliability & Data Analytics

What You'll Do

• Analyzing NAND reliability and qualification datasets to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Presenting technical findings and recommendations to engineering teams.
• Scope of Work - Execution of MAF/ULR wave tests - Log collection and analyzing - Level-1 Failure Analysis Supporting team NAND Intrinsic Reliability (NIR) Team (Primary) Global Quality & Reliability Engineering (QRE) Team Test Program Development Team Deliverables Technical Documentation User guide, architecture overview, and maintenance documentation.
• Source code repository with appropriate documentation.
• Final Presentation Presentation summarizing project objectives, methodology, results, lessons learned, and future enhancement opportunities.
• Demonstration of developed tools and quantified productivity improvements.
• Stretch goal Develop a GenAI-powered Reliability Engineering Assistant capable of automating data analysis, failure pattern identification, engineering knowledge retrieval, and executive reporting to accelerate decision-making within the NAND Reliability organization.
• Requirement Electrical & Electronics, Computer Engineering Strong Electronics and Semiconductor knowledge, device physics concepts Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in data analytics, automation, AI, or machine learning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced engineering environment.
