• Project Description: to collaborate with Micron tool owners and external vendors to fabricate a bracket to lock CMP chemical/rinse tubing in position to ensure consistent drop point on wafer Project Scope: during the internship, the intern will have opportunity to be exposed to multiple type of CMP equipment, several Micron platforms, and collaborate with the equipment owners to design a bracket for chemical/diw tubing to lock the mechanism in place, ensuring consistent defect performance Deliverable: improve productivity and work efficiency by designing, fabricating, and implementing a locking mechanism for CMP chemical/diw tubing Impact of Project: improved qual passing rate and defectivity for CMP processes Skillset required: AutoCAD or similar 3D modeling design, 3D printing, general problem solving, Microsoft Excel Course of interests: Engineering Duration period: min 5 months About Micron Technology, Inc.
