• Project Title: Remote Operation Center (ROC) Automated Ticketing System with KPI‑Based Triggering Description: This project focuses on developing an automated ticketing and alerting mechanism that monitors defined operational KPIs and automatically triggers notifications or tickets to responsible owners when thresholds are breached.
• The goal is to reduce response time and ensure accountability through data‑driven automation.
• Scope: Define KPI thresholds and alert conditions with engineering input Develop logic to monitor KPI performance continuously Auto‑trigger ticket or notification to predefined owners when KPIs fall below limits Track ticket status and response workflow (basic lifecycle) Supporting Team: FASM Team Engineering Team Operation Team Deliverables: Functional KPI‑based alerting logic Automated ticket or notification triggering mechanism Basic ticket tracking or status visibility Stretch Goal: Ticket prioritization based on KPI severity Auto‑closure logic when KPI recovers Simple response time or effectiveness analysis Requirement: Background in Engineering or Computer Science with programming or software knowledge About Micron Technology, Inc.
