What You'll Do

• Convert business objectives into clear technical specifications, enabling technical teams to design effective scheduling, simulation, and analytics solutions.
• Capable of supporting small to mid-scale development efforts.
• Facilitate user adoption of system solutions by translating complex technical designs into accessible language for end users.
• Act as a bridge between users and developers to continuously refine systems based on evolving needs.
• Lead and monitor project execution, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and successful implementation of the overall project roadmap.
• Drive global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.
• Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical subject areas preferred.
• Knowledge in optimization and reinforcement learning preferred.
• Experience in C#, Python, SQL, CPLEX, Gurobi preferred.
• Direct experience with factory scheduling, simulation, and application development preferred.
• Be highly motivated, proactive, with a good work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with people from different culture backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach.
