What You'll Do
- negotiating commercial terms and pricing, leading or supporting department projects, and serving as a regional point of contact for supplier information.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and customer communication skills.
- Experience negotiating and redlining contracts (e.g., service agreements, statements of work, and software licensing), in partnership with legal and interested parties.
- Analytical approach with strong attention to detail; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Curiosity about using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making, where appropriate.
- Experience leading RFx processes and negotiations across indirect spend categories in North America (e.g., services, IT, facilities, or professional services).
- The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $74,000.00 - $126,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
