Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, or equivalent semiconductor industry experience 3+ years of engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment Strong understanding of front‑end fab operations and efficiency tradeoffs Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical, and program management skills Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive execution in complex environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience with program or project management methodologies Knowledge of theory of constraints and fab capacity optimization Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with semiconductor data structures Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, Tableau, Power Automate, and AI applications Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
