ID1 EUV Photo Equipment Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field and 5+ years of photolithography semiconductor experience , or 10+ years of direct photolithography experience . 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or leading critical engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in equipment performance optimization, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions in a fab setting.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including EUV or advanced lithography toolsets.
• Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline. 3+ years of experience leading teams of 8+ engineers/technicians in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with EUV lithography systems (e.g., ASML scanners) and supplier collaboration for equipment performance improvement.
• Proven ability to apply Artificial Intelligence and AI-assisted tools for equipment analytics, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong track record influencing across global teams and presenting complex technical topics to senior leadership.
