HVAC Operations Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform various rounds and readings System and alarm monitoring Alarm and failure response Working with ERT as first responders Follow all safety procedures, LOTO, and NFPA 70E standards Able to understand P&ID drawings, one-line diagrams, and the ability to troubleshoot faults and alarms Provide timely and detailed preventative maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment Provide effective and proficient responses to restore equipment to service as soon as possible, in the event of a system failure Identify and respond according to alarm conditions Provide effective and timely support to resolve equipment issues Identify and reduce equipment defects to improve quality and maximize system stability Maintain records on maintenance, testing, and calibrations of equipment Qualifications 8+ years of industry or related field experience and/or equivalent experience and/or military training/experience Able to work 12 hours shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off), and rotate from days to nights every 4 months or 5 day work week.
