Global Front-End (FE) Materials Category Supplier Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert market, supplier and cost information into sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated capability in strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiation or supply-chain management.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, organizations and geographies and influence decisions in a complex global environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.
• Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. 5+ years of relevant experience in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supplier/Partner Relations, Supply Chain, or Product Management.
• Semiconductor industry or semiconductor materials experience, particularly in lithography Experience negotiating significant-spend, multi-year supplier agreements.
• Working knowledge of strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies.
• Familiarity with semiconductor-material manufacturing processes and global supply markets.
• Experience applying AI and digital tools to improve productivity, analyze information, generate insights, and support data-driven procurement and business decisions.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, APICS, or PMP.
