Requirements

• Degree in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
• Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) or equivalent Experience as a construction project management in EPCM project.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Ability to integrate and work in a global multicultural team Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Cost and Schedule management experience.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities required to ensure effective management and decision making.
• AI-Enabled mindset Minimum Experience & Skills: Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 15 years working experience consist of 10 years’ experience in construction with minimum 5 years in managerial role as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrable experience in the management of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.
• Practiced in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
• Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills – ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
• Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment.
• Workplace GJS : E5 Travel Required: Yes – Domestic and International travel as required by business needs Based in India, Gujarat to support MSI.
